| Additional Charges | Personal expenses incurred during the tour — including meals & beverages, admission fees, and transportation — are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the tour description. |
03 Payment & Delivery

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the tour start time.
No Refund Cancellation made within 24 hours of the tour start time.
No Refund No-show without prior notice.

| Force Majeure | If a tour is cancelled due to natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a full refund will be issued. |
| Tour Modifications | We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or substitute activities in cases of force majeure or safety concerns. Customers will be notified as early as practicable. |
